Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate personalized programming for clients, following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
- Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training area.
- Provide support and resources to personal trainers and clients, fostering a connected community.
- Attract new clients through personal interactions with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
