Job Description: Personal Fitness Team Lead
At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base rate of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, monthly bonus opportunities, and a total annual compensation range of $50,180 - $68,800. Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
- Facilitate personalized training programs to meet individual client needs.
- Engage with members in a friendly and inclusive manner to foster a supportive community.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation techniques and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
