Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
- Create an agile team to cater to individual client needs.
- Interact with members in a friendly, inclusive manner.
- Retain clients by providing exceptional value in personal training.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales targets.
- Contribute to and achieve monthly sales goals.
