As a Personal Fitness Training Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring an exceptional member experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team by attracting, hiring, coaching, and maximizing team engagement.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate programming to meet the needs of each client following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
- Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage by interacting with members, clients, and guests in a friendly and inclusive manner.
- Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value by maintaining clean and safe training spaces and over-delivering on service.
- Foster a supportive community by providing resources and tools for personal trainers, conducting meaningful check-ins, and encouraging growth and development.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members and recommend appropriate training packages based on client goals.
- Collaborate with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
