Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
- Facilitate programming tailored to each client's needs.
- Interact with members in a friendly and inclusive manner.
- Provide a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Certification in personal training is a plus.
