Personal Training Lead

Join our team at VASA Fitness as a Personal Training Lead (PTL). In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business at your club. Your primary focus will be on exceeding fitness financial targets by leading a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team by attracting, hiring, coaching, and engaging personal trainers.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate tailored training programs to meet the needs of each client.
• Create an inviting environment within the Personal Training Cage by interacting with members in a friendly and inclusive manner.
• Ensure personal trainers consistently deliver value by maintaining clean training spaces and providing top-notch service.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and their clients, encouraging growth and development.
• Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on conducting consultations and recommending appropriate training packages.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve monthly sales targets for new client acquisition.
• Contribute to and achieve monthly sales goals to drive business success.

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal training or fitness management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
