Physical Therapy Specialist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Experience in conducting home visit Physical Therapy assessments.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
