As a Plumbing Specialist, you will lead the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems, ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate plumbing project activities and communicate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Direct and supervise plumbing technicians, including training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
- Develop quality control programs and implement new plans to address project emergencies or delays.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee work to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
- Coach and motivate technicians to achieve maximum productivity and sales goals.
- Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to safety policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing construction and maintenance.
