Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Continuously assess patient condition and communicate changes to the supervisor.
  • Document patient activities, assessments, and care coordination accurately and timely.
  • Participate in care planning and implement necessary interventions.
  • Ensure infection control measures and patient education.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification and clinical proficiency.

Preferences

  • Six months of recent clinical experience as an LPN.
