Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, report changes, and update care plans.
• Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
• Current CPR certification and clinical proficiency.
• Attention to detail, time management, and effective communication skills.

Preferences

• Six months of recent clinical care experience preferred.
• Home health experience is a plus.
