Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition, report changes, and document care activities.
• Implement and update nursing care plans based on assessments.
• Provide patient education, infection control, and support for self-care needs.

Requirements

• 6 months nursing experience (New Grad Program available).
• Active nursing license in good standing and current CPR certification.
