Qualifications:

• Good standing license (LPN) in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.

• Execute prescribed care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed.
