Responsibilities

• Delivery and coordination of quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuous observation and assessment of patient condition, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Documentation of all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.
• Implementation and updates to the nursing care plan.
• Provision of patient education on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
