Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care as per physician orders.
• Assess patient condition, report changes, and update care plans.
• Document all activities and nursing actions comprehensively and timely.
• Implement infection control measures to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and self-care strategies.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available).
• Active Nursing License in good standing with CPR Certification.
• Ability to comply with Aveanna policies and relevant regulations.
• Continued professional development and competency maintenance.
