Qualifications
- Must have a valid RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute physician-prescribed care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as directed.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care activities.
