Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the home health setting. As part of the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team, you will coordinate care, administer medications, and build positive relationships with patients and their families. Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients.
- Coordinate care with families, healthcare providers, and doctors.
- Build positive relationships with compassion and responsiveness.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in our Camden office.
- Experience in home health or Long Term Care is a plus.
- Preferably tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
