Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the home health setting. As part of the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team, you will deliver specialized medical care including administering medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation and field training.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus.
