Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare as part of our HomeHealth team. In this role, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes in DE. You will collaborate with families, physicians, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is beneficial, and previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized medical care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- Active DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Completion of a two-week orientation in the Camden office.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred.
