Join ChristianaCare as a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes. You will coordinate care, administer medications, and build relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a high level of personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate care with families, doctors, and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is advantageous.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is preferred.
• Willingness to attend orientation sessions and patient field training.
