Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to medically fragile pediatric and/or adult patients.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Establish positive relationships through compassionate and courteous service.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with a minimum of 1 year healthcare experience.
• Attend orientation in Camden office followed by patient field training.
• Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is advantageous.
• Preference for tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
