Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Adult Home Health team. This position offers a supportive environment, autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing skilled nursing care in a community setting.
Requirements
- Greater than one year of home or public health nursing experience preferred.
- Previous home care experience desired, but not required; we offer training.
- New Graduate Nurses are welcome to apply.

Full-time roles eligible for $20,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in loan forgiveness, and a housing stipend of $2,000/month for 3 months. Part-time roles prorated. Mileage reimbursed at Federal Gas Rates.
