We are currently looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at The University of Vermont Health Network. Unit Description
The Staff Nurse II plays a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans for patients with varied health conditions. You will provide direct patient care, education, and post-discharge support while being prepared to assume operational leadership when required.
