Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join the Memory Care Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. As part of our team, you will provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals experiencing cognitive loss associated with dementia. Our facility offers a warm and supportive environment aimed at maintaining dignity, purpose, and functional abilities for residents in need.
Positions Available
- 32 hours per pay period, day shifts
- 72 hours per pay period, day shifts
- 72 hours per pay period, evening shifts
- Limited Per Diem Opportunities available
