Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join Baird 4, one of the University of Vermont Health Network's General Medicine Units. As an RN on Baird 4, you will provide compassionate care to patients with diverse healthcare needs, including respiratory diseases, diabetes, wound care, and more. Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care to individuals with acute and chronic health conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and families on disease management.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Vermont.
