Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network's Emergency Room team. In this role, you will manage patient care by applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Professional Nurse license in NYS.
• Previous Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outside normal hours as needed.
