Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. The position involves working on Shep 3 North, an alternative care unit opened in March 2024, which caters to 18-20 long-term care patients with various diagnoses. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with charge nurse experience preferred to oversee LPNs and LNAs. Prior long-term care experience is beneficial for this role.
On-call: Not required
Incentives: $10K RN Sign-On Bonus (pro-rated for part-time roles)
