Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for one-to-one patient care, administering prescribed medication and treatments, patient assessments, and health promotion. Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled nursing care according to care plans and physician's orders.
• Observe and assess patient conditions, report changes, and coordinate care.
• Develop, update, and implement nursing care plans.
• Ensure infection control measures and educate patients and families on self-care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state RN license and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
• Continuing education as required by state regulations.

Preferences

• Recent clinical care experience, especially in home health.
• Attention to detail, time management, and effective communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
• Travel may be required; ability to lift, walk, stand, and perform other physical tasks.
• Visual, auditory, and sensory acuity for patient care and emergency response.
