Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in patient care, conducting triage, processing patients, providing education, handling phone calls, and ensuring proper follow-up care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct triage and intake procedures.
• Process and manage patient flow effectively.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism.
• Review and follow up on lab/test results.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Prior ambulatory clinic experience is preferred.
• Experience in triage is required.
• AHA-BLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
