Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across various units at the UVM Medical Center. You will work collaboratively with RNs and LNAs, providing high-quality care and support. A minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients across a range of units including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child.
- Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Utilize your broad range of skills and depth of experience to meet the diverse needs of patients.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, flexibility, independence, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Incentives
Resource Department differential of $7.00/hour. External candidates may be eligible for a one-time signing bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles).
