Join us at Exeter Center as a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) on the 7p - 7a shift! We are a 81-bed facility located in Exeter, NH, offering short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare to our patients/residents with diverse needs and diagnoses.
Position Highlights
- Collaborate with the nursing team, patients, families, and other disciplines to develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities, supervise staff, and ensure interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and across shifts.
