Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the University of Vermont Health Network team. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across various units, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child. Our team is made up of skilled RNs and LNAs who provide coverage across different units to meet inpatient staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients across different units with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year direct experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to work independently while being an essential team member.
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Adaptability to change and a love for continuous learning.
Incentives
Resource Department differential of $7.00/hr and a one-time signing bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles) for external candidates. Additional terms and conditions apply.
