Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will work as a Pre-Op nurse in our 22-bay prep unit, providing care to a diverse patient population with various conditions, both inpatient and outpatient. Our facility, as a level 1 trauma center, serves patients across all service lines requiring surgical interventions.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in the pre-operative phase.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
