Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Home Health team. As a Community Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering skilled nursing care to patients in the community, ensuring that they can continue living comfortably in their homes.
Requirements
- More than one year of home or public health nursing experience preferred.
- Previous home care experience is desirable but not mandatory; we offer training for candidates eager to learn home health nursing.
- New Graduate Nurses are encouraged to apply for full-time positions.
