Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in both office and phone settings, adhering to nursing standards and established policies. The ideal candidate will exhibit a compassionate demeanor towards patients, families, and colleagues, while ensuring strict patient confidentiality.
Unit Description
In this role, you will be expected to deliver nursing care according to best practices and contribute to the overall patient well-being. Wound Care Certification is preferred, with the requirement to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
Job Requirements
- Active RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience, with preference for two years in the relevant clinical area.
- Wound Care Certification must be attained within the first 6 months of employment.
Additional Information
This position does not require on-call duties. External candidates with 1 year of experience are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part-time positions).
