Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for providing quality care to geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes, we welcome you to apply. As an RN Field Nurse, you will be responsible for skilled nursing care, IV administration, care planning, and discharge coordination.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain their BSN within three years of hire.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in IV administration or willingness to train.
