Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient-centered treatment. As an RN Field Nurse, you will work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month in the Newark, DE area.

Qualifications
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years
- Current DE RN license or compact state license
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months
- IV proficiency preferred
