Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident - $30+ per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. As a Nurse Resident, you will provide basic patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. This position offers the opportunity to work with our Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, making a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal patient care tasks, including hygiene and comfort measures.
• Support patient safety by following protocol and aiding in patient mobility.
• Perform basic diagnostic tests and treatments as directed.
• Participate in patient admissions, discharges, and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be a new graduate or eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow specific guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
