Job Description

Atrium Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Resource to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a newly created temporary position to support the PreOp Service Line within our healthcare system. As a member of the Resource Team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care and maintain clinical and professional competency while promoting a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data for patient assessment.
  • Develop personalized care plans and strategies.
  • Implement care plans, coordinate delivery, and promote health and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and stakeholders.
  • Integrate evidence-based practices into nursing services.
  • Promote quality nursing practice and professional development.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • 1 year of nursing experience in a specialty area.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
