Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients/residents, collaborating with the nursing team, and ensuring effective plans of care.

Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and develop plans of care with input from patients, families, and other disciplines.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities, supervise staff, and ensure tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information efficiently within the team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
