Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Quakertown Center. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of care and compassion.

Position Highlights

• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
• Lead and guide nursing units, maintaining staffing levels for safe patient care.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, contributing to staff recruitment and development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience, with two years in long-term care and one year in a supervisory role.
• BSN preferred, current BLS/CPR certification required.
