We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Server to join the team at Fairwinds Brittany Park, an exceptional senior living community managed by Leisure Care. As a Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that residents receive outstanding dining experiences and personalized service. Your professionalism and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of service from the kitchen to ensure all residents receive their preferred food and beverages.
- Assist residents at the salad bar or beverage station as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings and provide recommendations to residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant to meet resident expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Server is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for serving older adults.
- Ability to work with professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
