Retail Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandising

Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager of Visual Merchandising to join our team at L.L.Bean in Wayside Commons, Burlington, MA. In this pivotal role, you will drive business results, develop talent, and ensure the delivery of the legendary L.L.Bean customer experience. Together with the Store Manager, you will lead retail strategic initiatives, oversee P & L performance, and uphold our core values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure team members do the same.
• Follow visual merchandising plans to create an excellent brand experience.
• Communicate and prioritize visual merchandising directives.
• Implement merchandise plans and seasonal directives accurately and on time.
• Execute store marketing directives, promotions, and pricing needs.
• Contribute to employee recruitment and training.
• Resolve employee issues and provide feedback and coaching.
• Lead compliance with Loss Prevention policies.

Requirements

• 2-Year Associates Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience, with strong visual merchandising skills.
• Business acumen to achieve sales and service goals.
• Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate employees.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
