Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Monitor inventory levels, report product issues, and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
