Join the ALDI team as a Retail Sales Associate and play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a seamless shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Duties

• Demonstrate consistent adherence to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data security

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior retail experience preferred
