We are hiring for the position of Retail Sales Associate at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
