Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays efficiently.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
