We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by handling merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
