Job Description
Treeo Senior Living is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, showcasing the unique benefits of our retirement community, and facilitating the sales process to move-ins seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Understand prospects' needs through in-depth discovery sessions.
- Lead guided tours for prospective residents and their families.
- Maintain tour readiness by inspecting the building and model apartments regularly.
- Coordinate and execute all sales and marketing activities through various channels.
- Maintain accurate prospect data in Sherpa and follow up through phone calls and visits.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the community.
Requirements
- A passion for sales and customer service.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
