Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold company standards and provide outstanding customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
