Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Report product feedback, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment responsibly

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
